- Two side seal reel lengths are available up to 600 metres depending upon material combinations. Most of the above combinations can be supplied plain or printed in all listed widths and a variety of lengths to a maximum of 4 colours.

- These products are suitable for H2O2 sterilization and are printed with Class 1 process indicators compliant with ISO.11140-1. Manufactured from uncoated Tyvek® protective material 1073B1, the highest level of barrier protection, sealed to a polyester/polyethylene laminate providing excellent strength and peelability.
- The indicators change from red to yellow when exposed to Hydrogen Peroxide providing a strong signal that the pack has been processed.
- The materials comply to FDA 21 CFR 176:170, 177:1520 and 186:1673. The pouches and reels comply with ISO.11607-1 and EN868-5 & 9. The H2O2 indicator complies with the requirements of ISO.11140-1:2005.

All pouches manufactured under ISO.9001.2008 Quality Systems and are ISO11607 part 1 and EN868-5 compliant. CE and BSI Kite Marked.
- Chevron shaped end with thumbholes for ease of opening. Standard pouch range consists of 20 flat and 7 gusseted sizes.
- These pouches are suitable for steam and ethylene oxide sterilization and are printed with Class 1 process indicators compliant with ISO.11140-1 for both sterilization processes.
