- Westfield Medical’s steam sterilization autoclave tape is printed onto a robust crepe paper base which is coated with a high tack adhesive.
- The tape is primarily intended for use with flexible sterile barrier systems such as wraps, drapes & plain closure bags, although it will also adhere strongly to other surfaces such as linen.
- The tape is available in two standard widths of 19mm and 25mm and in two varieties, standard and latex free. It is supplied on standard 76mm cores to allow it’s use on all commonly available tape dispenser systems.

- This is a non woven material offering very high absorbency making it ideal for use as a tray liner to absorb any excess moisture produced during sterilization. This material is capable of absorbing over seven times it own weight in water locking it into it’s own porous structure preventing the moisture from adversely affecting the efficiency of the steam sterilization process.
- The material is supplied in a high visibility blue colour and possesses excellent mechanical properties to withstand handling & sterilisation.
- The material is low linting and it’s very light weight to volume ratio makes it exceptionally easy to handle even in bulk.
