H2O2 Sterilization

  1. These products are suitable for H2O2 sterilization and are printed with Class 1 process indicators compliant with ISO.11140-1. Manufactured from uncoated Tyvek® protective material 1073B1, the highest level of barrier protection, sealed to a polyester/polyethylene laminate providing excellent strength and peelability.
  2. The indicators change from red to yellow when exposed to Hydrogen Peroxide providing a strong signal that the pack has been processed.
  3. The materials comply to FDA 21 CFR 176:170, 177:1520 and 186:1673. The pouches and reels comply with ISO.11607-1 and EN868-5 & 9. The H2O2 indicator complies with the requirements of ISO.11140-1:2005.
